Our travel fee is easy to calculate, there is no travel fee for events in a 20km radius of the CBD. Then a charge of $1.35c per km return for parties outside of the 20km radius. Put your address into maps and the start location the state you are in for example Sydney or Melbourne, then double kms for the trip -40 kms then times it by 1.35. If travel says 60kms it would be a 120km return trip for the host, the 120-40 = 80 then x 1.35 = $108. Please note if it’s just outside the radius we won’t charge the fee.

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance to secure your host or activity, especially for Saturday nights.
